What started out as an idea for some casual Thursday night drinks with industry colleagues, has quickly become an insight into our own team culture and an accelerated platform for uncovering culture matches with our industry colleagues.
Some nights have been a blast, others have turned towards the heartfelt and meaningful, but all have been fun and informative. Whatever the vibe, the constant is that we regroup in the following days with a stronger connection.

Venko was founded on a desire to put ‘people first’ and to champion the relationships that are the driver of our success. It is this approach that remains the foundation of who we are today.
We’ve worked hard as a collective team to uncover what we believe are the hallmarks of our core culture & values. We understood that ‘a’ Venko culture already existed but we wanted to draw out what it really meant for us and build on this to develop our culture intentionally.
